In 1996, Ken Garland, Jr. was one of only 20 home builders from around the nation selected to participate in the National Association of Home Builders– Pacesetter Builder 20 Club. This allows groups of builders from similar, non-competing home building firms from around the nation to meet twice a year to discuss proven techniques and the latest trends in design, production, and management. The knowledge they gain from each other enables the Pacesetter Builder 20 club members to improve their business operations, increase quality of the homes they build an raise our standards of customer service. To date they have met in more than 20 different cities around the United States.
